Collecting Used Books

We are collecting book donations these two weeks for the used book sale! The bin is located outside the front office. We are off to a good start but we need more books! Ask family and friends!

PTA Reflections Theme is "Heroes Around Me"

Unleash your child’s creative talent and be inspired! Help them express themselves imaginatively in their artwork and experience the fun and joy of making art. The PTA Reflections Art Program’s 2018-2019 theme is “Heroes Around Me.” The available arts categories include dance choreography, film, literature, music, photography, and visual arts. Any student interested in submitting original works of art in one or all of the arts categories, please contact Marguerita PTA. The deadline is October 1 and approaching soon!

Book Fair Is Ready!

The Fall Book Fair is almost ready! A big THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped set up today. We couldn't have done it without you!

Volunteers Needed at the Fall Book Fair!

Marguerita families are awesome! The Fall Book Fair has a lot of volunteers --we've collectively signed up for 32 hours worth of work so far! Unfortunately, we STILL need some in the critical time slots from 8am-noon that our kids will be shopping with their teachers and classmates. The truck from Scholastic is coming today with our delivery!

Please sign up if you can stay for an hour after drop off or pick up, or come early before your parent/teacher conference or before picking up your child. Next week is almost all minimum days, except for Thursday which is regular Thursday schedule.

Box Tops Class Contest

Box Tops earn money for our school! The PTA is sponsoring a class contest, so start clipping and turn your box tops in to your child's teacher!

Announcing Used Book Sale

Are your bookshelves overflowing with too many books? Have your children outgrown a lot of books? Donate them to us, and we will help give them new readers. Let's help our children learn to love to read!

Clean out your shelves. Ask family and friends. Drop off your books in the next two weeks near the front office!

We Need Box Tops!

Did you know that if every student brought in 10 Box Tops, Marguerita would get $800? If they brought in 10 Box Tops every month, we'd get $8,000!

The upcoming deadline to submit Box Tops is November 1.

Support Marguerita by clipping Box Tops off items you already have or buy! Also ask your friends and relatives to save them for you! Box Tops are found on cereal, Kleenex, Ziploc bag boxes, etc.  Click here for a list of participating products.
