Pledge forms with permission slips are due tomorrow! Even if you haven't collected all your money, you must turn in your form with the permission slip section on the bottom signed in order for your child to participate in the Jog-A-Thon on Friday. And be sure to turn in all flat donations collected!
If you have a pledge-per-lap donation or if you have uncollected pledges, you will get your form back next week.
