Alhambra Unified School District stands to regain much-needed extra funding for schools, but it hinges on making sure all families complete the new Alternate Income Form by December 31, 2020.
The new process gives each AUSD family a small action step to take this year in order to bring millions of dollars to their child's school for beloved programs like robotics, visual and performing arts, technology purchases, and after-school care.
However, all families must complete the Alternate Income Form before the end of the calendar year (December 31, 2020) to make a difference.
Filling out the form takes 5-10 minutes to complete — but the funding for student programs will last all year.
Only complete one form per family. Include all members of your house in the household count.
What you will need to provide while completing the Alternative Income Form:
• The names and incomes of every member of your household
• The school, grade, birthdate of every student in your household
• Your social security number and electronic signature
• (Optional) A valid email address or phone number for district communication about the status of the Alternate Income Form
Parents can visit the district home page at www.ausd.us or their child's school website or use this link https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application
